Denning & Co became Australia’s largest and most successful builder of luxury coaches from the early 1960’s to the 1990’s. The introduction of this fully Australian-designed and built coach in 1962 was a game changer for bus operators and passengers alike. The coach became Denning’s signature vehicle and coach of choice for Australian operators.

Denning prided themselves on their passenger comfort features, as outlined in the Mono’s first sales brochure: “Not even the world’s most expensive limousine comes close to the comfort specifications that are standard in this ‘Living room on wheels’.
